Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the CricLive mobile application (the "App"), operated by Ninja Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CricLive. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You sign in to CricLive using a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping that underlying account secure. You may not share your account or use another person's account without their permission.
You can delete your CricLive account at any time from inside the App (Menu → Delete account). See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the service
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent allowed by applicable law
- Upload or transmit content that is harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Use the App to spam, send unsolicited communications, or run automated bots
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the App or its underlying infrastructure
5. User content
You retain ownership of the cricket data you record (group names, player names, match details, scores). By creating this content in a group, you grant the other members of that group the ability to view and use it through the App, and you grant us a limited licence to host, store and display it for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you record. Don't enter player names, group names, or other text that is misleading, abusive, or violates someone's privacy.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep CricLive available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its source code are owned by Ninja Tech Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.
"CricLive" and the CricLive logo are trademarks of Ninja Tech Solutions. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data you record will be retained without loss.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, in no event will Ninja Tech Solutions, its directors, employees or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from inside the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest revision. If a change is material, we will notify you in the App. Continued use after the change becomes effective indicates your acceptance.
